What happens in a reading?
I start by reading the unique individual's energy that they carry throughout their life, which is responsible for their challenges and desires. I then move forward with time frames covering any area or questions. We can also brainstorm and look at different outcomes. We can look on behalf of others to see situations from their point of view.

As a therapist and coach, I offer the following holistic healing sessions which are tailor-made to each person's need and will release blocks in any area of life, provide insights, empowerment, confidence and the direction needed to move forwards towards the desired goals. In this session we can look back to get a deeper understanding of the patterns and issues in our relationship history. With these insights and by applying specific techniques we can then grow, find peace and harmony and feel empowered as we move forward in this partnership area....

THE KEYS TO SELF CONFIDENCE
This is a one off session which gives insights, practical strategies and some reprogramming to rebuild self esteem and confidence.
PAST LIFE REGRESSION - During this session, the gateway to fresh insights into our current life challenges can open as we allow ourselves to experience memories of past life events which can ultimately lead to healing.
